Kairos was founded by partners from leading commercial firms who recognised a persistent flaw in traditional legal service delivery: advice was often technically correct but strategically mis-timed.
We set out to build a firm focused not just on what the law says, but on when and how to deploy it. Our name, derived from the Greek word for 'the opportune moment', reflects this philosophy.
